Ivan Calil

Ivan Calil, VP Americas

RMCC Americas: Dallas Commercial Services Center

Ivan Calil currently serves as Senior Director of the Revenue Management Consolidated Center. His primary responsibility is to provide effective commercial support to hotels and regional operations in order

to maximize revenue and profits through a team of 300 Team Members.

Ivan is uniquely positioned for the role, having started his career at Hilton in 2008 as an Analyst within the RMCC. Since that time, Ivan held various positions within the RMCC, ultimately leading a large team as a Director and went on to lead Revenue Management for the All Suites category of brands.

When not at work, Ivan is usually spending time with his wife and two boys. When he isn’t traveling the world with his family, you can find him attending his kid’s soccer class, his wife’s marathons, or watching Texas Longhorns football game.

Monica Maguregui

Monica Maguregui, Director, RMCC LATM

RMCC Latin America: Mexico City Office

Monica is originally from Mexico City, and has a 37-year hospitality career.  She began her career with Hilton in 2013 where she worked as a Director of Revenue Management for Hilton Mexico City Reforma, Mexico.

Monica participated in the very first stages of the creation of her team office. The RMCC Mexico City team officially started in January 2019 with only 15 hotels and 5 Team Members. The growth in this region has been stupendous and fruitful, and she is very proud to work for such an important project in the Latin American region.

In her spare time, Monica enjoys hobbies such as cinema, reading, and traveling all while spending time with her family.

Joanna Athanasiou

Joanna Athanasiou, Senior Director RMCC Operations

RMCC Europe: Europe Regional Headquarters

Joanna was born in the UK and after finishing her hotel management studies relocated to Cyprus, where her family is from. She started her first role with Hilton as the Secretary to the Chief Engineer at the Hilton Cyprus. 

She worked through different departments in the hotel and eventually found her niche in revenue management where she became the Revenue Manager for the Hilton Cyprus and the Hilton Park Nicosia.

Joanna continued her career in revenue by transferring to London in 2006 to become the Revenue Manager at the Hilton London Docklands. This led to her being part of the project team to setup RMCC Europe in 2008 with just five pilot hotels, one of which was the Hilton London Docklands Joanna had been looking after. She was soon promoted to Assistant Director and supported the roll out of RMCC within the UK & Ireland, becoming director of that region in 2015.

Joanna now leads the operations of RMCC Europe and is very proud to have witnessed the growth of RMCC Europe from just five hotels in November 2008 to the more than 200 hotels they support today. She enjoys working with the team of over 100 revenue managers who are all united behind one goal: delivering market leading performance.

Frank Fery

Frank Fery, Senior Director

RMCC Asia Pacific: Shanghai Office

Frank’s half German, half French background was one of the many factors that drove his interest in International Hospitality Management. He began his education in Switzerland and completed his studies in the United States.

Frank joined Hilton in 2002 as a Management Trainee and has since held roles that have taken him to Munich, Barcelona, Paris, Shanghai and Sydney.

Frank first joined the RMCC in 2009, supporting the boarding visit of Hilton Strasbourg into RMCC Europe. He transitioned to the APAC region in 2010 as part of the opening team and quickly moved into the role of Regional Director of Revenue for Australasia. Today, Frank heads the RMCC APAC office, which is comprised of over 100 Team Members managing 200 hotels. With anticipated growth in the APAC region, Frank is helping position the RMCC to play a critical role in driving commercial success for the Brand.

When he is not driving growth for the RMCC, Frank loves staying active by going to the gym and spending time outdoors.

Craig Donaldson

Craig Donaldson, Director

RMCC Middle East, Africa and Turkey: MEA Regional Headquarters

Craig Donaldson started his career with Hilton over 12 years ago and, in his words, has had the privilege to work with and learn from so many different exceptional people during that time. He is honored to now lead

an extremely dynamic group of Revenue Management experts looking after RMCC MEA.

Having worked as Regional Director of Revenue for the AIO region for the past two years, he is extremely excited to now being a part of the global RMCC family, working with the revenue experts in MEA supporting hotels from Istanbul to Cape Town and Cabo Verde to Dubai.
